Remote Telesales Executive – UAE SME Financing

About the role

Capmob Financial Services is seeking a high‑energy Remote Telesales Executive to support its UAE operations from India. You will engage daily with UAE business owners and finance teams, qualify financing needs, and move cases toward disbursal.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Qualify SME funding requirements and assess seriousness of opportunities.
• Book appointments for the senior advisory team.
• Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate with clients to collect pending documents and provide case updates.
• Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline updates.
• Track daily conversations, appointments and case progress.
• Build urgency and momentum in client conversations.
• Conduct professional UAE SME business discussions.

Required profile

• High‑energy, execution‑focused and digitally savvy.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong work ethic, responsive and able to work UAE business hours.
• Women returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Strong business English communication.
• Confidence in phone conversations and persuasive follow‑up.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort using CRM systems, preferably Zoho.

What we offer

• Fixed salary INR 30,000 – 50,000 per month.
