Remote Vehicle Operator (Dubai)

About the role

As a Remote Vehicle Operator you will be the eyes and hands behind Moove's fleet in Dubai. Working from a remote assistance platform, you will monitor live vehicle operations, respond to assistance requests and help ensure every ride is completed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently and promptly escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team lead.
• Track issue resolution through to closure and document findings.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and flag them to relevant teams.
• Collect, organise and summarise remote assistance system issues and feedback.
• Assist customer service specialists with user communications and follow‑up as needed.
• Support testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools such as email and internal platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
