About the role
We are looking for a highly qualified Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and reproductive healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive fertility care, managing complex reproductive conditions, and creating individualized treatment plans for patients seeking assisted reproductive services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.
- Diagnose and manage male and female infertility and related disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history and investigations.
- Perform and oversee assisted reproductive treatments such as IVF, ICSI, IUI, and ovulation induction.
- Carry out follicular monitoring, ovarian stimulation protocols, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer when qualified.
- Manage complex cases including recurrent implantation failure and pregnancy loss.
- Provide pre‑conception counseling and fertility preservation advice.
- Collaborate with embryologists, fertility nurses, sonographers, urologists, and other specialists.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Required profile
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB/MRCOG/FRCOG).
- Fellowship or advanced qualification in Reproductive Medicine/Endocrinology/ART.
- Valid or eligible DHA/DOH/MOHAP license.
- 8–10 years of post‑specialization experience, including senior consultant roles.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient‑management skills.
