Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Reservation Agent at Anantara Downtown Dubai, you will support the Reservations Supervisor in delivering high‑quality service to guests and maximizing revenue. You will ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and contribute to the smooth operation of the reservations department.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and communicate guest requests to relevant departments.
• Manage inventory, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes across all systems.
• Assist the Reservations Manager in up‑selling and optimizing use of distribution channels such as IBE, GDS, and tour operators.
• Maintain accurate guest reservation records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Support the team in achieving revenue targets and high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales offices and corporate partners to drive bookings.

Required profile

• Familiarity with hotel operations technology and distribution channels.
• Understanding of regional and local market dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
