Reservations Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join Raffles Dubai, delivering personalized and efficient reservation services to guests, travel partners and business sources while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries via phone, email and online channels, creating, modifying and cancelling bookings accurately in Opera Cloud PMS.
• Apply rates, packages, promotions and restrictions according to the Reservations & Revenue Management strategy.
• Identify upselling opportunities for higher room categories, suites, packages and hotel experiences to maximize revenue.
• Provide bespoke guest experiences by tailoring recommendations, noting special occasions and coordinating pre‑arrival requests with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate guest and booking data, ensure confidentiality and support the Reservations & Revenue Management team with reports and strategic initiatives.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Professional telephone manner and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS (or Opera PMS).
• Familiarity with Resaweb reservation system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
