Residence Concierge – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Residence Concierge is the face of The Lana Residences, delivering personalised service to discerning guests in a luxury hotel environment. You will work closely with the concierge team to ensure every guest experience reflects the Dorchester Collection’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest services, including reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfil special requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Handle guest communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in preparing welcome packages and in‑room amenities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
