About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Branch Manager to lead our Abu Dhabi location. The manager will ensure smooth daily operations, high service standards, and a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain quality service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and mentorship to develop a high‑performing team.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Control budgets, monitor inventory, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with senior management to align the branch with overall brand objectives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, team management and staff development abilities.
• Experience in customer service, conflict resolution and relationship management.
• Proficiency in restaurant operations, inventory management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is advantageous; multilingual ability is a plus.
