Restaurant Manager – British Gastronomy (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a prestigious British‑style dining venue in Dubai. The role combines operational oversight with a passion for British gastronomy, ensuring every guest receives a memorable, high‑standard experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and develop front‑of‑house teams to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain alignment with British dining concepts and luxury service expectations.
• Manage guest relations, promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
• Monitor performance metrics, revenue, labor costs and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular briefings, staff training and service standards reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Supervise inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.
• Prepare operational reports and update senior management on performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role within a high‑end or luxury setting.
• Proven experience with British gastronomy.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
