Restaurant Supervisor – Five Guys

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Five Guys outlet in JBR, Dubai. You will step in for the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth service and compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of senior managers.
• Supervise and train crew members, ensuring they perform all tasks to brand standards.
• Open and close the store, manage cash handling and safekeeping of takings.
• Oversee food preparation, cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
• Manage employee breaks, shift changes, and schedule adjustments.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and maintain an excellent customer experience.
• Support team members with tasks and perform all crew duties when needed.
• Execute any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college level education in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
