Revenue Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Revenue Manager will drive the hotel’s revenue performance by developing and executing pricing, inventory and distribution strategies across all market segments. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on maximizing ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and overall profitability for The Dubai EDITION.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise profitability.
• Monitor and optimise room inventory, pricing and distribution channels.
• Analyse demand patterns, market trends and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts and support budgeting processes.
• Conduct regular market share analysis, competitor benchmarking and evaluate economic factors affecting performance.
• Manage online and offline distribution channels, ensure rate parity and optimise OTA performance.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and present recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance teams to align commercial strategies.
• Ensure effective use of revenue management systems, PMS, CRS and channel management platforms while maintaining data integrity and compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
