Room Attendant – Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. You will ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the brand’s luxury standards while providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain occupied and vacant guest rooms, including bathrooms, windows, mirrors and furnishings, following the hotel’s SOPs.
• Remove soiled linens, replenish amenities, make beds, arrange toiletries and ensure all in‑room equipment functions correctly.
• Report any missing, damaged or sub‑standard items and handle lost‑and‑found items according to policy.
• Collaborate with housemen, supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper, signing in/out keys and devices each shift.

Required profile

• Senior High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, preferably in the Middle East.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and work flexible, including overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HotSOS housekeeping software.
