Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the housekeeping team of a world‑renowned luxury hotel brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Room Attendant you will maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that define the FIVE‑Star ambiance across guest rooms, suites and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, suites and public spaces following established procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces and clean bathrooms to a five‑star standard.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries and supplies, ensuring each room is fully stocked for new guests.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages or repairs to the maintenance team promptly.
• Adhere to the brand’s grooming and dress‑code standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury or pre‑opening hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical fitness and stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities to deliver consistent five‑star service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
