Room Service Order Taker - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The role involves taking room service orders by telephone, entering them accurately into the POS system and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages to guests. The position requires a courteous, professional and flexible service that meets Kempinski’s high standards and maximises guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, record orders in the POS system and communicate them to the service and kitchen teams.
• Coordinate with wait staff and minibar attendants to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow opening and closing procedures.
• Upsell menu items, suggest alternatives and promote hotel F&B products.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback promptly and report them to supervisors.
• Monitor supplies, reduce waste and assist with inventory counts.

Required profile

• Hospitality Management or related qualification.
• Proven experience in a food‑and‑beverage service role.
• Fluent Arabic and very good English (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and as part of a team.
• Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
