Rooms Division Roles at Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Join the Rooms Division team at Jumeirah Beachfront in Dubai and contribute to the guest experience at a world‑class luxury hotel. Multiple positions are available, starting September 2026, ranging from Guest Services Executive to Assistant Front Desk Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, use their names, and ensure a seamless check‑in/check‑out process.
• Accurately record guest details and room rates in the property management system.
• Handle complex guest issues and complaints, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Calm and efficient performance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Preferred knowledge of Opera Cloud.
