Russian‑English Telesales Representative

About the role

Mira Clinic, an international provider of dental cosmetics, plastic surgery and hair transplant services, is seeking a bilingual Russian‑English Telesales Representative to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on promoting the clinic’s services to Russian‑speaking prospects and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with Russian‑speaking customers to present clinic offerings.
• Build trust and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Adapt working hours as needed to meet client demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales.
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written) and very good to excellent English.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 5,000 AED.
• Commission ranging from 1,000–2,500 EUR (3% of sales).
