About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for a proactive Sales Account Executive to drive growth across the UAE’s restaurant and delivery market. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them from initial outreach to contract signing while showcasing how our smart kitchen spaces can accelerate their business.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings across Enterprise, SME and Mid‑Market segments.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from outbound outreach to closing deals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, build interest, and set the sales process up for success.
  • Understand client priorities and articulate how Kitchen Park’s solutions add value.
  • Interpret lead information to assess potential business impact.
  • Complete an eight‑week onboarding program with product and sales training, including shadowing.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle sales experience in a quota‑carrying role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, economics).
  • Strong consultative selling and closing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal‑oriented, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, ambition, and self‑motivation.
