About the role
Framezo Art Trading LLC, a custom framing and printing company located in Dubai Investment Park, is seeking a friendly, responsible, and well‑presented female staff member to join the team as a Sales Accounts Executive.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the shop.
- Handle sales and customer enquiries.
- Manage basic accounts, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate customer orders and follow‑ups.
- Handle day‑to‑day shop activities.
- Support general office and shop operations.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and accounting knowledge.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- Previous shop or sales experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Invoicing knowledge.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books.
