Sales Agent (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. As an Emirati talent you will use your knowledge of the local market to grow our customer base and drive revenue for Accor Plus.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE market, culture and business practices.
