About the role
The Sales Assistant will generate sales and deliver a positive customer experience in the Toys R Us store at Dubai Festival City. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards and ensure every visitor feels welcomed.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with a smile, provide product information and thank them on exit.
- Assist shoppers in fitting rooms, operate the cash‑wrap, process gift cards and capture customer data.
- Maintain a sparkling clean and organized store, including cash‑wrap cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Attempt to add‑on items during interactions and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Capture and update customer information in the store database.
Required profile
- High school diploma with 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Good verbal communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
- Physical ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
- Ability to use CAD tools effectively for visual tasks.
