Sales & Business Development Executive – Automotive Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth for our premium car detailing services in Dubai. The role blends inside sales – managing daily CRM leads – with outside sales – creating new partnerships and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on daily CRM leads through calls and messages.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring strong follow‑up discipline.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services such as detailing, graphene coating, tinting, and PPF.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable premium services.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships with car showrooms, luxury dealers, corporate fleets, and rental companies.
• Generate a consistent inflow of vehicles through networking and partnership development.
• Explore new sales channels and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve conversion, revenue, and partnership targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in Dubai, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow‑ups.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and target‑oriented.
