Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UAE market. This full‑time role will focus on developing marketing strategies, acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build, manage and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to spot industry trends, competitor activity and growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
