Sales Consultant – Armani Fashion, Dubai Mall

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for Armani Fashion at Dubai Mall to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and build lasting customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and provide excellent service.
• Identify customer needs, recommend and demonstrate suitable products, and suggest complementary items.
• Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and operate the POS system.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, following after‑sales policy and escalating when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and in‑store promotions.
• Keep personal grooming standards and ensure the store presentation meets brand guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized displays, fitting rooms and stock areas.
• Monitor stock levels daily and inform the manager to replenish inventory.
• Recruit customers for the database by accurately entering their details into the POS.
• Minimize stock loss by staying vigilant on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
