Sales Consultant – Business Setup

About the role

SMS Consulting is seeking a junior Sales Consultant to support senior consultants in business setup and advisory services. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through company formation, licensing and visa processes in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Engage leads via calls, WhatsApp and meetings to assess requirements for business setup, investment and related services.
• Present SMS Consulting’s service packages, pricing and convert prospects into clients.
• Assist clients with company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore), visa procedures and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with PROs, banks and government entities to ensure smooth execution of setup processes.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare basic reports and update Excel trackers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales orientation with confidence in client‑facing situations.
• Basic knowledge of UAE company formation laws and licensing.
• Negotiation abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
