About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join Minor Hotels at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on managing event inquiries, preparing proposals and ensuring seamless execution of client bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
- Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.
- Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative roles within the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, positive and team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems or CRM platforms.
