About the role
M&M Accountancy, a Dubai‑based firm offering accounting, tax, business setup and advisory services, is seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives. You will help drive growth by generating new business opportunities across the UAE, Ireland, the UK and the US.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the target markets.
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and follow‑ups.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior team members.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline records in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support broader business development activities, including networking and referral generation.
Required profile
- Previous experience in SDR, telesales, business development or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working to targets.
- Experience selling professional services is a plus but not essential.
Required skills
- HubSpot (CRM) experience.
- LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
