Sales Development Representative – Dubai

About the role

KitchenPark is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Dubai team. You will be at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy, generating top‑of‑funnel leads and qualifying prospects for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create high‑quality sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Enter and maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce, including notes on qualification criteria.
• Articulate KitchenPark’s value propositions and answer prospect questions.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for hand‑off to Account Executives.
• Execute a high volume of daily outreach via calls, emails, website forms and social media messaging.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• UAE national.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Passion for a career in sales with potential to progress to Account Executive or SDR Lead.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for lead management.
