Sales Director – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to head our real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build high‑performing teams and nurture relationships with leading developers in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed company targets.
• Design and implement sales strategies that expand market share and revenue.
• Oversee client interactions, negotiations and deal closures to ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with UAE property developers and market partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps and introduce corrective actions.
• Stay informed on Dubai off‑plan and primary market trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage and inspire sales teams.
• Extensive knowledge of off‑plan and primary property markets in Dubai.
• Established network of contacts with UAE developers.
• Target‑driven, disciplined and energetic leadership style.
