About the role
The Vice President – Sales will lead the tyre business across the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific. Reporting to the executive team, the role is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market presence and delivering profitable P&L performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve top‑line growth and profitability.
- Lead and develop high‑performing sales teams across multiple countries.
- Manage distributor networks, key accounts and multi‑country business operations.
- Oversee market expansion initiatives, including restructuring, scaling or turnaround projects.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade and legal requirements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance and operations to optimise commercial performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the tyre industry, with 5‑7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success managing markets in the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific.
- Track record of revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Experience handling distributors, key accounts and multi‑country operations.
- Strong understanding of regional regulations, trade compliance and legal requirements.
