Sales Executive – Automotive (Toyota/Lexus) – Dubai

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maximising profits through finance & insurance products, trade‑ins and accessory sales. You will guide customers through a structured sales journey, ensure high standards of satisfaction and manage post‑sale follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured one‑offer sales journey and documenting all deals in Fastrack.
• Maximise retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Promote referrals to Showroom Managers for second‑facing opportunities to boost revenue and improve NPS/CSV scores.
• Manage and convert leads from telephonic, web and walk‑in enquiries, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in Fastrack for effective follow‑up.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions for personal and professional growth.
• Stay informed about brand and competitor campaigns while enhancing financial knowledge of customer buying options.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven upselling ability and influence on customer decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
