Sales Executive – Creative Agency (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our creative agency in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new B2B business, building client relationships, and delivering our branding and digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.
• Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and referrals.
• Research prospects, understand client needs and recommend suitable creative and marketing solutions.
• Pitch services such as branding, social media, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, website development, video production and advertising.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative team.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within creative, advertising or digital marketing agencies.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
