Sales Executive – Electric Mobility

About the role

As a Sales Executive on the Electric Mobility team, you will be the face of BYD’s zero‑emission vehicles in the UAE showroom. You will guide customers through the buying journey, turn digital leads into loyal owners, and uphold Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors in a professional manner.
• Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations and test drives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that improves NPS and mystery‑shopping scores.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Promote finance, insurance and value‑added products that match customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions and test‑drive activities in C4C.
• Ensure compliance with all sales processes, documentation, deposits and vehicle order procedures.
