Sales Executive - Financial Services

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing financial services firm in Dubai that is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating new business, building senior‑level relationships, and driving revenue across the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and neighbouring markets.
• Build and manage relationships with senior decision‑makers and prospective clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and existing contacts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within financial services.
• Background in fintech, payments, FX, banking, insurance, wealth management or lending is advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and conducting consultative sales conversations.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in the UAE/Dubai market is preferred but not mandatory.
