Sales Executive, Food & Beverage

About the role

The Sales Executive, Food & Beverage will work closely with the Director of Sales to drive revenue, build long‑term customer relationships and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of F&B accounts, generating new business through face‑to‑face meetings, calls and site inspections.
• Implement sales strategies and account plans to meet and exceed booking targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners and travel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for cross‑selling the Mandarin Oriental brand.
• Attend major hotel and city events, represent the property and handle client entertainment.
• Maintain accurate account files, update the sales system and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure service excellence throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or F&B sales with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Good understanding of corporate policies, data protection and compliance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments such as Reservations, Front Office and Events.
