Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars Arabic Speaker

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in automotive services. Working mainly over the phone and occasionally on‑site, you will understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive revenue through upselling of car‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers to recommend value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals via calls, emails and text messaging.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4‑5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
