Sales Executive – Management Systems (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

TÜV SÜD is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth for its Management Systems Assurance (MSA) division in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, securing new contracts, and promoting certification services to existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the MSA division.
• Generate leads through existing contacts, industry events and market research.
• Convert inquiries into orders, presenting competitive offers and handling negotiations.
• Promote additional ISO certification services and internal auditor training to current customers.
• Participate in tenders, prepare timely submissions and present certification processes.
• Maintain and grow long‑term customer relationships, addressing complaints and enhancing satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales, revenue and forecast reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in certification, testing or consulting services.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 50001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Experience with internal auditor certification or lead auditor processes.
• Familiarity with ISO consultancy and certification procedures.
