Sales Executive – Pet Food & Supplies

About the role

As a Sales Executive at PetHQ, you will drive revenue growth by promoting our premium pet food range to retailers, veterinary clinics, and other pet‑care businesses across the UAE. Working onsite, you will build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for pet food SKUs.
• Track sales activities, client interactions and report results to the Head of PetHQ.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and ensure product availability in‑store and online.
• Maintain accurate pricing, shelf‑visibility and product placement.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to drive retention.
• Educate customers on product nutrition and benefits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new product innovations.
• Negotiate trade agreements and create mutually beneficial commercial plans.
• Organise promotional events, in‑store demos and marketing initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Current UAE driver’s licence.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or pet‑supplies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑focused.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
