About the role

Capstone Insurance Brokers is seeking enthusiastic Sales Freshers who are confident, motivated and ready to learn the fundamentals of insurance sales in a dynamic Dubai environment.

Required profile

Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn, demonstrating eagerness to develop sales techniques.
Confidence when speaking with customers, helping to build trust and rapport.
Strong interest in sales and business development, showing a proactive approach to generating opportunities.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, indicating the role is designed for entry‑level candidates.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, enabling travel to client sites as needed.
