Sales Intern (University Students)

About the role

The Sales Intern – University Students role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai. The intern will support the sales team with day‑to‑day activities, gaining practical exposure to the dynamic Dubai real‑estate market. This placement offers the chance to learn sales best practices from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with property listings and preparation of sales presentations.
• Update and maintain client records in CRM tools.
• Coordinate property viewings and respond to basic client inquiries under supervision.
• Conduct market research on properties and neighborhoods and collect comparable data for pricing decisions.
• Generate leads through outreach activities and support the creation of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a professional, client‑focused experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail in documentation and follow‑up.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using digital tools such as CRM or online property platforms.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Dubai and adapt to a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
