Sales Manager – European Market

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its European market efforts starting September 2026. The role focuses on driving revenue through leisure and consortia accounts while representing the brand at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of annual sales and commercial plans for the European market, aligned with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Manage and grow assigned leisure and consortia accounts by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing room‑night production.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, Global Sales Offices, internal teams, and key stakeholders to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, account performance, and sales forecasts to support business development.
• Represent Jumeirah at sales calls, trade shows, sales missions, client events, and familiarisation trips while supporting marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate customer requirements with hotel teams, and act as a Jumeirah brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing leisure, consortia, or European market accounts with a strong understanding of key source markets.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities, manage account performance, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence representing the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
