Sales Manager - Indirect Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager – Indirect Sales to drive residential property sales through broker and channel‑partner networks for a leading Dubai real‑estate developer. The ideal candidate will have strong Dubai real‑estate experience, a solid understanding of the residential market, and prior experience working with a developer.

Key responsibilities

• Drive residential property sales through brokers, channel partners and real‑estate agencies.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing broker and agency partners.
• Identify, onboard and activate new channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Manage and grow the indirect sales pipeline in line with business targets.
• Conduct project presentations, property briefings and sales training sessions for partners.
• Communicate new launches, pricing, payment plans and promotional campaigns to brokers.
• Support partners with product knowledge, client requirements and deal progression.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to support launches and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales, preferably with a developer.
• Proven experience working with brokers, channel partners or agencies.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s residential property market and developer landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage sales pipelines and targets.
• Currently based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
