About the role
The Sales Manager will drive proactive sales activities, ensuring timely turnover of business for seamless service delivery. This full‑time position focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community outreach.
- Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
- Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and close deals that align with location revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and grow account share.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
