Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Leisure to drive revenue for Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Based on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, you will lead the acquisition and management of leisure accounts, ensuring the property’s unique French‑Polynesian experience reaches the right market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a predetermined portfolio of key accounts and prospects to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call objectives, action plans, and timely follow‑up for each account.
• Identify and prospect new leisure accounts, guiding them through the sales process to become productive clients.
• Ensure all account information is up‑to‑date in the CRM system and fully utilized.
• Handle group and event enquiries, coordinating hand‑over to the Inspired Meeting team.
• Communicate client requirements promptly to internal departments to guarantee superior guest service.
• Coordinate familiarisation and educational trips aligned with business needs.
• Entertain clients in hotel outlets to showcase the property’s unique “Savoir Faire”.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proven track record managing tour operator relationships.
• Fluency in English plus at least two additional languages (preferably German, French or Russian).

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate data.
• Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple accounts and events.
