Sales Manager – Leisure Segment (Russia/CIS Market)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Leisure Segment will lead Four Seasons’ leisure business for the Russia and CIS markets from our Dubai resort. You will work closely with luxury travel agencies, tour operators and preferred partner advisors to drive room revenue and enhance the brand’s presence in this high‑potential region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the leisure segment for Russia and CIS across Four Seasons Hotels Dubai.
• Target and grow key travel industry accounts, luxury agencies and preferred partner advisors.
• Achieve agreed room‑revenue goals through proactive sales calls, detailed account plans and partner mapping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors and tour operators.
• Monitor market trends, prepare forecasts and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with a focus on the Russia/CIS market.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
