Sales Manager – Minerals Capital Equipment

About the role

Metso is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of capital equipment for the mineral processing industry across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will act as the commercial bridge between Metso’s technology portfolio and key customers, driving growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for crushing, grinding, flotation, filter and thickener technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level and senior decision‑makers in mining and engineering firms.
• Support bid strategy development, competitive positioning and contract negotiations.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites across the region to conduct executive visits and oversee project sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value‑based solutions focused on total cost of ownership, reliability and performance optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales of capital equipment or solutions for the mineral processing sector.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of crushing, grinding, flotation, filtration and thickening equipment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at senior management level.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East.
