Sales Manager – Real Estate (Emirati Talent Only)

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive property sales for Aldar Academy, matching customer needs with our residential inventory and new launches. This full‑time position focuses on lead generation, client consultation, and closing transactions while maintaining strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate clients, and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
• Showcase properties, conduct site visits, and prepare tailored presentations.
• Issue sales offers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts, payment plans, and related documentation.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets contributing to an annual goal of 100 million AED.
• Maintain and update the client database and CRM system.
• Provide consultative advice on financing options, market trends, and legal processes.
• Address client concerns before, during, and after transactions.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of residential real‑estate sales experience in the GCC/UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales of at least 100 million AED per year.
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Diploma in Business Administration or Management; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
