Sales Manager - Real Estate Experience

About the role

Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its real‑estate brokerage sales team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving property sales, developing new business opportunities and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the real‑estate sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that increase property sales and revenue.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with property owners, investors, buyers and other key clients.
• Guide agents through the full sales cycle, monitoring leads, viewings, negotiations and conversions.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings on relevant real‑estate portals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and track team performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of UAE real‑estate sales experience, with team‑management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
