Sales Manager – Real Estate (French Speaker)

About the role

HBS Real Estate is expanding its brokerage division in Dubai and seeks a performance‑driven Sales Manager to lead a team of brokers. The role focuses on turning activity into measurable revenue growth through data‑based decision making, market intelligence and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of real‑estate brokers to achieve sales targets.
• Increase lead‑to‑deal conversion ratios and improve overall pipeline visibility.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as response time, viewings, offers and closings.
• Audit pipeline leakage, identify market trends and new revenue opportunities.
• Implement structured follow‑up systems and drive a performance‑oriented culture.
• Recruit, retain and upgrade talent as needed.
• Produce weekly performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record managing a high‑producing brokerage team.
• Strong leadership, disciplined approach and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Market‑aware with a focus on trends and data‑driven decisions.
• Fluency in French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
