Sales Manager – Regional Sales Lead (Dubai)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead D Prime’s regional sales operations in Dubai, driving revenue growth across Forex, CFD and broader financial‑services products. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to expand a profitable client portfolio in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
• Lead solution‑based sales and account management across the designated territory.
• Recruit, train, motivate and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage conversion rates and continuously optimise costs.
• Represent D Prime at industry events and build strong client relationships to enhance retention.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales within Forex, CFDs or financial services.
• Strong leadership and team‑management track record.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with fast‑paced, target‑driven environments.
• Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings.
