Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

WeSource is seeking a target‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand its B2B revenue across the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring corporate accounts, promoting out‑of‑home media solutions and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close B2B opportunities throughout the UAE market.
• Present outdoor media packages, billboard inventory and OOH advertising campaigns to corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite leaders, marketing and procurement managers.
• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, networking, LinkedIn prospecting and industry events.
• Prepare customised commercial offers, negotiate terms and secure media contracts.
• Maintain long‑term client accounts, monitor competitor activity and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE, preferably in outdoor media or high‑value corporate services.
• Established network of corporate contacts and a valid UAE driving licence with own vehicle (preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
