Sales & Marketing Manager AI / Analytics

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive business growth across the UAE by creating new client relationships and expanding market presence in AI, analytics, consulting, and digital transformation services. You will lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and support the commercial development of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation to deal closure.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate tracking of opportunities and client interactions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions with key decision‑makers.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to support long‑term growth.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and business development KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and trends in AI, analytics and digital transformation.
• Support the development of go‑to‑market strategies and commercial growth plans.
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Develop customer‑focused messaging and value propositions for products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Experience working in the UAE market or similar regional environments.
